Jeff Everitt, DVM was appointed to a three-year term to the 13 member Standing Committee for the Care and Use of Animals in Research by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.
Foundation Medicine Creates Molecular Pathology Rotation
Thomas J. Cummings, MD, Professor of Pathology and Ophthalmology, and Residency Program Director, is pleased to announce a 10-year agreement has been reached with Foundation Medicine for residents to do a molecular pathology rotation at the Research Triangle Park laboratory campus beginning July 1, 2021.

DoD Awards Grant to Park
Jung Wook Park, PhD, holder of the endowed Rollie Assistant Professorship in Correlative Pathology, has received an Idea Development Award from the Department of Defense Prostate Cancer Research Program (PCRP) for his research proposal titled “Transcriptional Reprogramming of Lethal Small Cell Prostate Cancer.”
