Dr. Xiaoyin "Sara" Jiang Lectures at Philippines Society of Pathologists Meeting

She complimented her talks with presentations of unknown cases of uncommon thyroid, head, and neck lesions, with an emphasis on cytologic-histologic correlation (CHC). CHC, the process of comparing cytology and histology tests from the same anatomic site to check for any discrepancies, reduces diagnostic errors and results in improved patient care and safety.
