Dr. Thomas J. Cummings Invited to Speak at the World Ophthalmology Congress in Prague

Thomas J. Cummings, MD, professor of Pathology and Ophthalmology and director of the Pathology Residency Program, was an invited speaker at the World Ophthalmology Congress (WOC), held in Prague, Czech Republic, June 26-29, 2026.

During the meeting, Cummings presented lectures on histiocytic neoplasms and medication-related deposits involving the eye. He also had the honor of delivering introductory remarks for the prestigious Gordon Klintworth Lecture.

This marks another appearance on the international stage for Cummings, who has previously served as an invited speaker at World Ophthalmology Congress meetings in Sydney, Abu Dhabi, Berlin, São Paulo, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
