On June 4th, Michelle Schneider, MB, BCh, BAO, was presented with the J. Lamar Callaway Duke Dermatology Faculty Teaching Award to recognize her outstanding contributions in teaching the art of Dermatology. This award is given annually to an exceptional faculty member chosen by the graduating dermatology residents.
In 2021, Schneider returned to the Pathology Department as part of our Dermatopathology Diagnostic team, and in September 2022, she assumed the role of Director of the Pathology Post-Sophomore Fellowship. We look forward to her continuing to nurture a passion for Pathology in our Duke medical students.
