Carolyn Glass, MD, PhD, presented a talk titled “Machine Learning Applications in Heart Transplantation” at the 2023 Digital Pathology and Artficial Intelligence (AI) Congress held at the Capitale venue in New York City, NY, from June 22nd-23rd. She also served as a panelist alongside digital pathology experts from Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Ohio State University, and University of Toronto, discussing questions from the audience on clinical implementation, integration of multi-omic technology and the future of artificial intelligence in the pathology space. The theme of the meeting was “Utilizing Digital Pathology and AI to Advance Pathology Practice, Enable Enhanced Patient Care, and Further Drug Discovery.” There were over 65 presentations that covered the recent advances and applications of digital pathology.
