Why Durham: Coming from a large city like Miami, I hoped to live in a less populated area with less traffic, better cost of living, and a cooler climate. Durham is a few hours from the mountains and the ocean to provide ample variety in weekend ventures. The area is beautiful, it is close to my friends and not too far away from my family back in Florida.
