Erin Robinson
Pathologists' Assistant Student

Contact Information:

Hometown: Bartlett, TN (near Memphis, TN)

College: University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Career Goals: To become a well-rounded pathologists’ assistant by gaining knowledge and experience in different work environments throughout my time in Duke’s PA program.

Hobbies and Interests: In my free time, in addition to spending time with friends and family, I enjoy baking, drawing, hiking, reading, listening to music and trying new coffee shops.

Why Duke: The combination of community and education. I love that the program has a small class size with faculty that have a clear interest in encouraging a close sense of community. Additionally, I was drawn by the first-year curriculum in which many of the classes are shared with the medical students.

Why Durham: The Durham area is beautiful, with a great track record. Everyone I know who has lived in or visited Durham has thoroughly enjoyed their time here. I also love that the city is close enough to both the beach and mountains for a weekend trip!
