Just in from our new Work Culture Committee:
The department staff assistants have a newly formed Work Culture Committee, spearheaded by a new employee, Jawanna Bell. Jawanna suggested the idea to Winterize Our Doors Contest to encourage a more positive work culture and have fun. Nine doors were decorated with participation from Corey Bailey, Kim Isley, Ginger Griffin, Rob Lefaivre, Tommy Holloway, Jawanna Bell, Lisa Meadows, Susi Pettiford, Amy Orange, Patricia McEachin, Tara Parker, Colette Thurston, Rene Hall, Rusty Lowry, and Donna Noblitt. First place went to Tommy, second to Susi, Amy, and Patricia, and third place to Tara. The faculty were inspired and impressed with everyone’s efforts. Thank you to everyone who participated, everyone who voted, and special thanks to Patricia Massard and Chris Hubbard for tallying the votes, and Dr. Ed Parrilla for announcing the winners!
