Jiung “Peter” Nam, an Undergraduate in the Macias Lab Presents at the Duke Cancer Institute Scientific Retreat

Jiung “Peter” Nam, a third year undergraduate student in the Macias Lab, was selected to present his abstract at the 8th Annual Duke Cancer Institute (DCI) Scientific Retreat December 3rd. Peter presented his work entitled “Two Sided Therapy: STK3 a potential dual Breast Cancer and Cardioprotective Target” as a DCI trainee representing the Precision Cancer Medicine and Investigational Therapeutics program. Peter received a cash prize that will be made available to conduct further research.
