Xiaoyin "Sara" Jiang, MD was an invited speaker at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Annual Meeting which was held September 9-12 virtually. Dr. Jiang presented a session on giving and receiving feedback with Dr. Nicole Riddle. The session provided tips and techniques for effectively giving feedback to trainees and colleagues, as well as ways to more effectively receive feedback.
