Gary Procop MD MS, a former trainee in the Duke Department of Pathology (Resident in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, 1992-6; Chief Resident, 1995-6) has recently won two major accolades. Dr. Procop, Professor of Pathology and The Belinda Yen-Lieberman PhD & James M. Lieberman MD Endowed Chair in Clinical Microbiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation/Lerner College of Medicine, was named Chief Executive Officer of the American Board of Pathology beginning in 2022.
