Everitt Named Associate Editor of Toxicologic Pathology

Jeffrey Everitt, DVM, was named as an Associate Editor of the journal Toxicologic Pathology. Toxicologic Pathology is a pathology journal dedicated to the promotion of human, animal, and environmental health through the dissemination of knowledge to enhance the understanding and practice of toxicologic pathology. Relevant topics include reports on safety assessment of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food additives, pesticides, environmentally relevant chemicals, and medical devices; risk characterization of xenobiotics; investigative studies that provide a basis for interpreting and predicting toxicologic outcome; and emerging approaches and methods in toxicologic pathology.

Dr. Everitt is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists and a Fellow of the International Academy of Toxicologic Pathologists. He has served on many national and international panels concerning toxicologic pathology, particularly on the effects of inhaled particulates in animal models.  He currently is serving as an ad hoc on the Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
