Welcome Wei Chen, MD to the Duke Department of Pathology. Dr. Chen obtained her MD degree from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in China, and then completed an internal medicine residency and a medical oncology fellowship at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University. She then came to the U.S. for AP/CP residency training in pathology at Case Western Reserve University Hospital in Cleveland, followed by fellowships in surgical pathology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and a GI pathology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Chen will be an Assistant Professor in the department, and will be practicing primarily in GI and liver pathology. Please join me in welcoming Dr. Chen to the Duke Department of Pathology!
