Please welcome Michelle Schneider, MB BCh BAO to the Department of Pathology! Dr. Schneider completed her medical school training in Dublin, Ireland, at the Royal College of Surgeons. She served as an intern in medicine and surgery there, followed by a year as a senior house officer in internal medicine and geriatrics. Her AP/CP training was at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, with fellowships in both dermatopathology and surgical pathology at Duke. She has spent the past 5 years as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Dermatopathology at the University of Calgary, Canada, and is now returning to Duke as an Assistant Professor, where she will be part of our dermatopathology diagnostic team. We are excited to have Dr. Schneider back at Duke as one of our colleagues!
