Jiang Appointed Associate Director of Duke BRPC

Xiaoyin “Sara” Jiang, MD, FCAP

Xiaoyin “Sara” Jiang, MD, FCAP, has been appointed Associate Director of the Duke Biorepository and Precision Pathology Center (BRPC). The Duke BRPC is the largest broad consent biobanking protocol and human tissue repository on campus.  It also provides specialty tissue processing services including histology, immunohistochemistry, and tissue microarray.  Dr. Jiang is a talented faculty member who has experience in numerous leadership positions at the national level.  She serves on multiple editorial boards and committees, including the prestigious CAP Surgical Pathology committee. Her national reputation in both research and medical education has been recognized with awards such as the ASCP 40 under Forty Top Five for 2017.  Dr. Jiang brings to the BRPC role her leadership as well as her recognized expertise in cytopathology, head/neck and endocrine pathology.
