Fetter Teaching Award

Dr. Thomas Cummings with Fetter Award

Dr. Thomas Cummings was awarded this honor for 2016. The Fetter Teaching Award is given to recognize outstanding teaching efforts by a Pathology faculty member(s) who through his or her commitment to resident education has made the most substantial contribution to the residents' development as pathologists and physicians. This award recognizes specifically the individual who has made the strongest efforts to teach. The recipient receives a plaque and has his or her name inscribed on the perpetual plaque located on the 2nd floor across from the chief resident wall.

The 2015 recipient was Dr. Shannon McCall.
